Change of Mind / Wrong Product Ordered

  • You may return a product if you have ordered the wrong item.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be provided.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all change-of-mind returns

Damaged or Faulty Products

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition.
  • All returns will be assessed by our team before a refund is processed

Store Credit & Returns

  • Returns for store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received and in original packaging.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. If free shipping was applied, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from the credit.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all credit returns.

Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, it will be processed within 48 hours at our warehouse.
  • You will be notified once your refund or credit has been issued.
