Sodium Ascorbate – 343 mg

Equivalent to Vitamin C – 300 mg

DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 1–2 chewable tablets daily for general maintenance. During periods of increased need, dosage may be increased to 1–2 tablets up to three times daily.

Children (5 years and above): Take 1 chewable tablet daily for maintenance. During higher requirements, dosage may be increased to 1 tablet twice daily.

Can be taken at any time, with or without food, or as advised by your healthcare professional.
